Perched on the seventh floor of Bayshore Gardens, Maru is a rooftop cocktail lounge with panoramic views of Tampa Bay and the city skyline. It's where one drink at golden hour easily turns into a whole night out.
The bar is the heart of Maru. Our bartenders build a seasonal cocktail menu with care and a sense of fun, alongside wine and champagne by the glass and a short menu of shareable bites made to enjoy with a drink.
As the sun dips below the horizon and the city lights flicker on, Maru shifts into a lively, magnetic space. DJs set the soundtrack on weekends, with live music and themed nights through the week. Warm woods, golden tones and the open air set the scene, whether you're here for after-work drinks, a celebration or a night out with friends.
